Thanksgiving Class Schedule: Wednesday 11/26 8:25am and 9:30 am No evening classes, Thanksgiving Day 8:30am Huff and Puff before you Stuff Class! (childcare not available), Friday 11/28 9:30 am class only, Saturday 11/29 Regular class schedule resumes.

We are pleased to announce additional classes will be added to our evening class schedule beginning January 1st, 2009! Our evening schedule will change to three classes: 4:30pm, 5:35pm, and 6:40pm. Please note that our 4:45pm and 6:00pm class schedule is in place through December 31st, 2008.
